To upgrade to a plan with more stream slots follow the instructions below:
1) click on Manage Subscription to get to your billing page
2) Click on Change Subscription Plan to reveal all plans
3) Choose how many streams you want in your plan
4) Click on Subscribe to Upstream xzy
5) Confirm and Pay on the payment page
You can upgrade at any point during your billing period.
When upgrading to a plan with more Streams, you will only pay the (prorated) difference in the price of the plans, only for the days remaining until your regular billing period. You will not loose anything that you already paid, and you do not need to pay for the days in the month that have passed.
When downgrading, the time that you have left for the current billing period will be added to your account as $ credit, for your next purchase.Updated on: 24/11/2025
