How To Start A Livestream On Facebook

1. Head over to Facebook.com





2. Click on "Live Video"



Click on "Live Video" to begin the process of setting up your livestream on Facebook.



3. Click on "Go Live"



Once you're in the "Live Video" section, click on "Go Live" to start streaming.



4. Fill in Information About the Livestream



Provide essential information about your live stream, including its title and description.


5. Enable necessary settings



Click on the "Streaming software" button and make sure that the "Persistent Stream Key" option is toggled to ensure a stable live stream connection.


6. Copy Facebook Stream Key



Copy the unique Facebook Stream Key provided for your live stream.



7. Head over to your Upstream Dashboard and create a live stream



Go to Upstream and create a live stream event to prepare for broadcasting.



8. Select "Facebook" as the platform to paste the stream key and create the live stream

9. Start the Livestream on Upstream.so



Initiate your livestream on Upstream.so by clicking the "play" icon or by clicking "Start" on the main Dashboard to connect it to your Facebook stream.



10. Click on "Go Live" on Facebook



Finally, return to Facebook and click on "Go Live" to start your livestream on the platform.
