Save and Reuse Playlists & Settings
You can save your streams, and re-use them later. Three separate parts of your settings are saved and can be loaded later into the same stream, or into another new or existing stream:
- Playlists: This saves your audio and video playlist, queued files, order, shuffle settings, schedule settings and everything else from the Edit page,
- Stream Settings: Title, Description, RTMP key, Unlisted/public, ...
- Stream Designer Settings: overlays, embedded elements, visualiser settings, ...
Each set can later be loaded on its own, or in any combination you need. This way you can load up Stream Designer Settings (overlays) from one stream, and a playlist from another, if you wish - or you could simply load up all the Stream Settings together.
Saving Stream Settings for Later
- Go to your Stream Edit Page.
- Click on the Save Playlist button (top right).
- Choose whether you want to create a new playlist, or overwrite an existing one. You can choose to make the playlist reusable on other streams, too.
- Click on Save (or press Enter).
That's it! Your playlist is saved, and can be reused at any point.
Loading Stream Settings
You can decide to load up a previously saved playlist into the same stream you saved it from, or into another stream, if you enabled that setting during saving.
- Go to your Stream Edit Page.
- Click on the Load Playlist button (top right).
- Choose the playlist you want to load from and click Next.
- Choose which settings you want to load (Playlist, Stream Settings, Stream Designer / Overlays).
- Click on Import Selected (or press Enter).
That's it! You loaded up your previously saved stream settings.
