"The video exceeds the recommended resolution of 1080p."

If your server supports a maximum resolution of 1080p (or lower), you may encounter the above message indicating a resolution mismatch. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

Check Your Server's Maximum Resolution: Confirm that your server's maximum supported resolution is 1080p or less by clicking on the Settings button in your stream on Upstream.

Transcode Your Video: Ensure your video files are transcoded to match the server's maximum streaming resolution. This process adjusts the video file to a resolution compatible with your server, preventing playback issues.

How to Transcode a Video:

Use a video transcoding software or service (e.g., HandBrake.fr, FFmpeg).
Select the video file you want to transcode.
Set the output resolution to match your server’s maximum resolution (e.g., 1080p or lower).
Start the transcoding process and wait for it to complete.
Upload the transcoded video to your server.
By following these steps, you can ensure smooth video streaming on your server.
