Choose the upload server nearest to you

You should generally choose the upload server that is nearest to your location to get the best speed and upload stability. The system will assign you to the nearest server automatically, after your account is created.

How to temporarily change your upload server

If you are having upload problems, you can change your Upstream upload server location before selecting your file in the Upload box. After selecting the file, or if you cancel an upload, this option will be grayed out. In that case, just close the Upload box, and reopen it.

1. Click on Upload first and do NOT choose the file(s) to upload yet
2. Click on the Server Location dropdown
3. Choose the nearest server

If you feel like your files are uploading slower than usual, try a different server, regardless of its location.

How to change your Default Upload Server

1. Click on My Account in the Main Menu
2. Locate the Default Upload Server option and adjust
3. Save
